Cancellation Policy

Scaled Holdings India Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality, customized services to our clients. Due to the tailored nature of our deliverables, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
- Once a service agreement is confirmed and work has commenced, cancellations will not be allowed.
- Any payments made prior to the cancellation request are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
- If you wish to cancel a project before work has started, please notify us immediately via email at hey@scaled.co.in.
- Cancellations made in this phase may still incur a cancellation fee to cover administrative and planning costs.
3. Cancellation After Work Commences
- Once work has begun on a project, no cancellations will be permitted due to the custom nature of our services.
- Clients are required to honor the terms of the service agreement, including any outstanding payments.
4. Force Majeure
- In cases where we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
- Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
5. Customer Responsibility
To avoid the need for cancellations:
- Clearly communicate your project requirements before the service agreement is finalized.
- Promptly address any changes or concerns during the project to ensure smooth execution.
